Prices
Prices are correct at time of publishing and do not include VAT, as we are currently not required to be VAT registered.
It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Delivery charges for our products are listed as an additional charge at time of checkout.
Representation of products
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. Reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.
Please note the designs of the baby wear may change slightly from time to time, dependent on our suppliers - this will not affect the quality or quantity of items on your gift product. All pamper cakes are delivered with cellophane wrap, bows, ribbon and message gift card.
Safety regulations
All products comply with appropriate safety and consumer regulations. Toys comply with EC Toy Safety Regulations and, where appropriate, carry the CE mark. Please note soft toys on baby gifts are suitable from birth upwards, unless specified.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.
Returning an item.
If you have purchased an item within the last 14 days and for whatever reason you are not happy with it. Simply return the item unused and in it's original packaging and we will arrange a refund for the cost of the goods. Return the package via a recorded mail service to the address below along with a copy of the invoice and a cover note explaining the reason for the return. Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed. The customer is responsible for the goods until they are signed for at our depot
Damages/Breakages.
In the UK where at all possible we use couriers that require a signature for proof of delivery. We can in most cases track where the goods are as delivery is guaranteed.
Most deliveries outside the UK it is not possible for us to use a proof of delivery or tracking service so that goods will be sent on a basis that we can proof we have sent it but we can not guarantee delivery or track delivery, when ordering please understand this service requirement
All deliveries should be inspected for damage before signing. We have no method of claiming for damage items that are signed for as received in good condition by couriers and therefore can not accept liability for such items.
Great care is taken to make sure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. If for some reason the item arrives and seems to be damaged, do not sign for the goods as once the goods have been signed for they can not be replaced. contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement.
Acceptance of order.
All orders shall be deemed to be complete and accepted unless we are notified by the customer within 3 days of receipt of the order. Any shortages unless stated on your invoice/delivery note must be notified within that 3 day period.
Refunds.
We aim to complete all refunds within a 14 day period, for up to the minute information on your refund, log into your account for details.
