We believe we offer the 'best delivery service at the best price' available on the internet today. We work hard to make sure our customers receive their orders in the fastest time possible. After all, isn't that what shopping on the internet is all about?

In the UK where at all possible we use couriers that require a signature for proof of delivery. We can in most cases track where the goods are as delivery is guaranteed.

Most deliveries outside the UK it is not possible for us to use a proof of delivery or tracking service so that goods will be sent on a basis that we can prove we have sent it but we can not guarantee delivery or track delivery, when ordering please understand this service requirement

All deliveries should be inspected for damage before signing. We have no method of claiming for damage items that are signed for as 'Received in good condition' from couriers and therefore can not accept liability for said items.
